Yo nena, yo princesa es una película dramática argentina dirigida por Federico Palazzo y basada en el libro homónimo de Gabriela Mansilla. Narra la historia de Luana, quien nació como varón, pero a temprana edad se identifica como niña, lo cual implica una situación totalmente nueva y desconcertante para sus padres que se ven envueltos en una sociedad llena de prejuicios.
