This compelling documentary follows 6 families that have migrated from Latin American countries, including Mexico, Chile, Venezuela, Cuba, El Salvador and Colombia, to some of the coldest rural areas, or unusual places in Canada: be it for work, love or adventure. Despite the severe temperatures and long winters, they have found a way to make Canada home. Experience small town life in Canada through the eyes of new Hispanic Canadians, and learn how they adapted to the Canadian way of life while keeping a small piece of home close to them.
