Strawberry and Chocolate (Spanish: Fresa y chocolate) is a Cuban-Spanish-Mexican co-production film co-directed by Cuban filmmakers Tomás Gutiérrez Alea and Juan Carlos Tabío.

This drama film is one of the first examples of LGBT themes in cinema made in Hispanic countries. Its cast is headed by actors Jorge Perugorría, Vladimir Cruz and Mirtha Ibarra.

The film is based on the story The wolf, the forest and the new man (in Spanish, El lobo, el bosque y el hombre nuevo), by Senel Paz, who also wrote the screenplay.

It is the first film representing Cuba to receive a nomination in the Best Foreign Film category at the 1994 Academy Awards. Present at numerous international film festivals, such as those in Berlin and Chicago, the film also won the Goya Award for Best Spanish-Language Foreign Feature Film.
